Give Thanks, Give Care

Thanksgiving Message from Dr. Hal Gunn
We are fortunate to spend this time of year giving thanks as we gather with family and friends, around tables of bounty prepared with love, ready to celebrate and appreciate the fortunes life has given us. However, not everyone is filled with comfort at this time of year. For those facing a cancer diagnosis, feelings such as pain, anxiety and confusion surround them as they struggle to find the most suitable treatments and practices that will alleviate their symptoms, give them hope and a renewed connection to life and community.
Here at InspireHealth, our goal is to help provide the best care possible for people living with cancer. We provide a broad selection of services that work in conjunction with and complement standard cancer treatments. Our programs provide guidance on healthful nutrition, appropriate exercise, emotional support and stress reduction practices that support the immune system and allow patients and their families to enhance and improve their overall well-being and health.
Perhaps you or someone you know has benefited from the compassion, knowledge and care offered at InspireHealth. Now, you have the opportunity to provide this to someone else.
In the words of a patient who recently attended our online programs:
“My life with cancer changed 100% after I found InspireHealth. Now, I have a quality of life back which I had lost.” – Wendy, CourtenayWe are asking all our patients, fans, colleagues and supporters to make a donation to Inspirehealth and help us continue to provide our programs to anyone in BC who has a cancer diagnosis. To donate, go to our secure online donation page or connect with one of our Centres.
I want to thank you for taking the time to reflect on the blessings and fortunes you have been given, and even more, for those who choose to share theirs with others.
Even the smallest donation makes a big impact in the life of someone with a cancer diagnosis who can access InspireHealth services.
Warm regards to you and your loved ones,
Hal Gunn, CEO & Co-founder, InspireHealth
