We will explore different considerations when getting active while struggling with fatigue as well as ways to track and monitor fatigue to help take control of our energy again.\n\nPlease note this is an education session and not an exercise class. Clearance not needed.\nThis session is open to individuals with a cancer diagnosis and their support network. \nRegistration closes at 3:00 pm PT the business day prior to the class date.
