DESCRIPTION:Join us for an in-person walking group at our Victoria centre for movement and connection with those in our community. This walking group will be led by our team of clinical exercise physiologists and will follow a gentle 3 km route in the communities surrounding our Victoria centre. Check-in will open at 11:45 am\, with our walk starting promptly at 12:00 pm. \n*Previous consultation with our team of exercise physiologists is required for participation. \nRegistration closes at 3:00 pm PDT the business day prior to the class date. \n
