SUMMARY:InspireHealth LIFE Program (Day 2)
DESCRIPTION:InspireHealth’s LIFE Program provides patients and their loved ones with the essential foundations of health and well-being during cancer. Patients with all cancers — newly diagnosed\, in treatment and post-treatment are welcome to join. Patients and caregivers will learn about stress reduction\, sleep management\, self-care\, nutrition\, exercise & movement\, and lymphatic & immune system support.  \nAll sessions are led by our team of supportive care clinicians including Physicians\, Counsellors\, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.  \nThank you for your interest in the InspireHealth LIFE Program. The May 2024 sesssion is full. \nPlease email info@inspirehealth.ca to be added to our waitlist.
