SUMMARY:In-Person: Casserole Cooking Class (Vancouver)
DESCRIPTION:Please note: This class is reserved to patients ages 55 years and older.\n \nJoin us for an in-person casserole cooking class! This class will provide the opportunity for participants to cook alongside the instructor and make a casserole to take home and bake. Classes will be led by one of our registered dietitians and is aimed at creating an enjoyable and social environment with the opportunity to make a warm meal\, while increasing food skills. Ingredients for the recipe will be provided and participants will have their own cooking station setup. A travel container will also be provided to transport the casserole home. Class registration is limited to 8-10 people.\n\nRecipe:  \n\nSmoky Sweet Potato and Black Bean Enchiladas\n\nRegistration closes at 3:00 pm PT the business day prior to the class date.
