The workshop will highlight simple\, nutrient-dense ingredients that participants can easily incorporate into their everyday meals. \nRecipes: \n\nGarden Greens with Strawberry and Mint\nMixed Bean Herb Salad\nKale Caesar Salad\nFour Homemade Dressing\n\n\nThis session is open to individuals with a cancer diagnosis and their support network. \n\n\nRegistration closes at 3:00 pm PT the business day prior to the class date. \n*Please note: This is a hybrid workshop that will be offered virtually and in-person at our Kamloops InspireHealth Centre.
