- 1 cup pitted dates (11 medjool dates yield ~1 cup)
- 1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews
- 1/2 cup dried shredded coconut unsweetened
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 3/4 – 1 ½ tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp orange zest (1 orange yields ~1 tsp orange zest)
- 1 tsp packed orange zest (optional)
- 3 Tbsp dry shredded or grated coconut (optional)
- 1 Tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
