Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates (11 medjool dates yield ~1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews
  • 1/2 cup dried shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 3/4 – 1 ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest (1 orange yields ~1 tsp orange zest)
  • 1 tsp packed orange zest (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp dry shredded or grated coconut (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
