DESCRIPTION:Self-Compassion & Heart Art \nCome and explore your emotional heart through making your own physical textile heart with InspireHealth Clinical Counsellor Tara Daniels. \nThrough self-compassion and journaling prompts\, you will imagine what your heart would look like metaphorically considering all the journeys it has been on\, particularly the journey of loving yourself. This workshop is open to InspireHealth patients and support people\, no art experience required. \nSupplies will be provided\, and please feel free to bring any textiles you might like to use: fabric\, string\, ribbon\, beads etc. This workshop uses simple hand stitching  – no sewing skills required. \nRegistration closes at 3:00 pm PT the business day prior to the class date.
