Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Frozen cherries
  • 1 tbsp Protein powder*
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Nut butter
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup Ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
