Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 cup Soy yogurt Unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp Ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch Ground black pepper To taste

Toppings (optional)

  • Fresh fruit
  • Granola

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender, add all the ingredients and blend on high until smooth.
  • Transfer into bowls and top with granola and fresh fruits.
