Turmeric Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Baby spinach or Kale
  • 1 Orange peeled
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 Frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup Canned light coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp Ground tumeric
  • Freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  • Place the spinach, orange, water, banana, coconut milk, ginger, turmeric, and pepper into the blender and blend until smooth.
