Honey or Maple Syrup

Nut butter
e.g. almond, peanut butter

Instructions
Spread the nut butter on the bottom of a mason jar or other container with a lid.
Combine oats, milk, ginger, sweetener, and hemp hearts and pour over nut butter.
Leave in the fridge overnight and top with berries
