Pineapple & Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana* Frozen
  • 1 cup Pineapple Fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Milk of choice
  • 3/4 tsp Freshly grated ginger or 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  • Mix in blender until smooth

Notes

*Substitute additional banana or canned peaches if experiencing mouth sores.
