Cherry & Purple Sweet Potato Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup quick cook rolled oats
  • 2 cups pitted frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup cooked purple sweet potato, chilled
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Put almond milk and oats in a blender, leave to stand for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients, cover, blend until smooth.
