dry couscous

tahini

orange zest

ground tumeric

cup
unsweetened soy yogurt
1/4
cup
pomegranate seeds
Toppings (optional)
roasted pistachios
fresh mint leaf
Instructions
Combine all of the overnight couscous ingredients in a mason jar.
Cover and let sit overnight in the fridge.
The next morning, add any desired toppings. Enjoy!
