Peach Almond Spinach Salad

This versatile salad is pleasing to most palates. It’s simple to prepare, yet delicious and  sure to impress

Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 bunch Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup Red Grapes Halved
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan or Feta Cheese Optional
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 2 cups Peaches Sliced
  • 1/3 cup Almonds Slivered

Dressing

  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • Rind of 1 Orange
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Ground Pepper

Instructions

  • Chop spinach into bite sized pieces
  • Add grapes, peaches, cheese, and almonds
  • Drizzle with dressing
  • Toss
  • Garnish with fresh herb of choice
