Blueberry Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 whole mango
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2-1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp flax or fish oil
  • 1 tbsp greens powder
  • powdered probiotic or powdered vitamin C

Instructions

  • Blend the first five ingredients until smooth; then with blender on very low add the final three ingredients.
