Ingredients

avocado

frozen banana

unsweetened oat milk

unsweetened soy yogurt

frozen blueberries
1/2
cup
frozen pineapple chunks

cardamom pods, seeds only
(optional)

tsp
pure vanilla extract
1/8
tsp
ground cinnamon
Optional garnish
fresh blueberries
fresh mint leaves
hemp seeds
unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender
and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie in tall glasses and top with desired garnish. Enjoy!
