Cardamom Avocado & Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened soy yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 cardamom pods, seeds only (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Optional garnish

  • fresh blueberries
  • fresh mint leaves
  • hemp seeds
  • unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie in tall glasses and top with desired garnish. Enjoy!
