Chocolate Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 dates (fresh or rehydrated)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup almonds  (or 2 tbsp almond butter)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp hemp protein
  • 1 tbsp roasted carob powder or cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Blend well.

Notes

Makes 3 ½ cups (2 large servings).
