2ripe avocadosrefrigerated (about 14 oz of whole avocados)
1/2cuppacked pitted Medjool dates
1/3cupcocoa powder
Instructions
Add the dates and 1 cup of water to a mason jar with a lid and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Strain the dates from the water but RESERVE the date water to use in the recipe.
Add the dates to the food processor, fitted with the S blade.
Cut open the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop out the filling. Add the avocado and the cocoa powder to the food processor and puree until completely smooth, about 3 minutes.
Lastly, add the date water, and 1/8 teaspoon sea salt. Puree.
