whole mango

frozen blueberries

pear

frozen banana
1/2-1

water

tsp
flax or fish oil

tbsp
greens powder
powdered probiotic or powdered vitamin C
Instructions
Blend the first five ingredients until smooth; then with blender on very low add the final three ingredients.
