Spread yogurt on a plate and “roll” fruit to cover.
Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and put in freezer until frozen.
Serve frozen.
If you’re having a hard time getting your skewered berries evenly covered with a thick layer of yogurt, you can try freezing your skewered berries before rolling them in the yogurt.
If you prefer not to use skewers, you can choose to dip each fruit piece in the yogurt and then place on parchment paper.
