or 4 large egg whites

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix the ground almonds, oat flour, ground cinnamon and ground ginger in a bowl and set aside.
Whisk the egg whites, maple syrup, fresh ginger and sea salt in another bowl.
Slowly add the dry ingredient into the wet and mix until combined.
Roll out about 1 tablespoon scoops onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently flatten each to a ΒΌ inch thickness.
Bake for 15 minutes.
