- 2 cups berries
- 1 juice of one lemon
- 4 tbsp water
- 2 tsp honey
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
Raw Crumbly Topping
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 dates, pitted
- 2 tsp water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- salt (to taste)
Combine strawberries, blueberries, lemon juice, water, and honey in a blender until smooth. In a bowl, incorporate mixture with chia seeds.
Refrigerate for four hours or overnight if serving for breakfast.
For Topping:
Coarsely chop all the ingredients in a blender or food processor to combine into a crumbly mixture. Scrape down the sides between pulsing as needed.
Crumble crisp topping over berry chia before serving
