High‑Protein Green Smoothie

- 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- Ice optional
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth (30–60 seconds).
Adjust thickness by adding more milk if needed.
Serve immediately and can keep remaining shake in fridge
