High‑Protein Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • Ice optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth (30–60 seconds).
  • Adjust thickness by adding more milk if needed.
  • Serve immediately and can keep remaining shake in fridge
