InspireHealth LIFE Program
InspireHealth’s two-day signature LIFE Program provides patients with the essential foundations of health and well-being during cancer. Patients with all cancers; newly diagnosed, in treatment, or post-treatment and their support people are welcome to join.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week program that supports participants to learn about and build a practice of mindfulness and meditation.
The program is both educational and experiential, incorporating multiple forms of meditation and mindful movement. MBSR was developed at the University of Massachusetts by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and has since been studied and found to be an effective intervention for many people, including those with cancer.
Young Adult Yoga
A 12-week virtual series of gentle, slow flow yoga classes, in the company of other young adults affected by cancer.
This program was built on research partnerships and features an evidence-based protocol adapted from the ongoing Yoga for Young Adults Trial. Classes can be modified for all abilities and are open to anyone diagnosed with cancer or at high genetic risk between the ages of 18–39.
BE-FIT: Movement for Life After Breast Cancer
BE-FIT is a virtual 8-week evidence-based, movement-focused program developed by leading researchers at the University of British Columbia (UBC). It’s designed to help women build strength, improve fitness, and manage treatment-related side effects after a diagnosis of breast cancer.

Stronger Together is a 6-week in-person series, available in Vancouver and Victoria, designed for those new to exercise, returning to exercise, or navigating new movement considerations. With guidance from an InspireHealth exercise therapist and support in a small group setting, participants will gain confidence and skills to adapt exercises to suit their capacity on a day-to-day basis
