A simple mission.

We’re here to support you and your loved ones during your cancer journey. In our care, you’ll feel respected, heard, and empowered.

We provide individual and group support in the areas of stress and mental health counselling; managing treatment side-effects; nutrition support; exercise therapy for better recovery; improving sleep and energy; and managing work, life, and relationships.

As a non-profit, we offer free programs and services, both online and through our centres in Vancouver, Victoria and Kelowna.

First steps to a better quality of life.

Everyone’s cancer experience is unique. That’s why our team of supportive care physicians, counsellors, dietitians, and exercise therapists work with you to create a support plan that meets your individual needs.

You can get started right now by filling out a short registration form and signing up for a friendly online orientation session. You then have free access to all our group programming as well as individual consultations with our clinical team.
