Figure-eight Breathing: Combining Mindfulness and Art
Join clinical counsellor and art therapist Fiona Thatcher as she guides us through a mindfulness exercise that incorporates artistic expression and awareness of breath. While we are often encouraged to bring our focus and intention back to our breath, it is not always easy to do.
Whether you have 30 minutes or just 30 seconds, you can try this activity with whatever you have on hand; coloured pencils, a pen, or even just your finger tracing on your palm!
