InspireHealth’s signature 2-day in-person LIFE Program provides patients with the essential foundations of health and well-being during cancer. This program is open to patients with all types of cancer, whether newly diagnosed, in treatment, or post-treatment, and their support people.

Led by our dedicated team of supportive care clinicians, topics covered include stress reduction and self-care, sleep management, nutrition, exercise and movement, cancer education, and more.
