Learn proper techniques for everyday movements like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, and lunging to support and protect your joints as well as prevent injury. This exercise class is designed for all fitness levels.

Please note: Our Functional Movement classes rotate through six unique themes, each offered on a different date. If you’ve attended a specific focus before, please note that the content will be the same. As space is limited, we encourage you to consider joining a different topic when it becomes available.
