Beginner’s Strength & Stretch

Adapted for beginner’s, this class serves as an introduction to strength training by leading participants through a series of low impact, full body exercises while participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. Modifiable for all levels.

Please have a chair, wall, and weights or alternatives (e.g. water bottles, soup cans) close by.

Please only register for one of Tuesday’s Strength & Stretch classes (i.e. ‘all levels’ at 9:30 am or ‘beginners’ at 1:30 pm). If you are unsure which to choose, please request an appointment with an Exercise Therapist at InspireHealth.

* An exercise consultation is required prior to attending any movement-based group programming.  If you haven’t already completed the exercise assessment, once you register for the class we will be in-touch with you, or you can e-mail us at [email protected] or call at 1-888-734-7125 to book an appointment.

Registration closes at 3:00 pm PT the business day prior to the class date.
