BRCA in BC Support Group

In recognition of the busy holiday season, December’s session will be dedicated exclusively to peer support.

This talk will look at how people at elevated risk of hereditary cancers cope with ongoing uncertainty and anxiety that comes with the knowledge of their increased cancer risk.

In this session, guest speaker Sarah White will be speaking about Surgery, Gender Identity, and Body Image Issues.

Join us on Thursday June 20th, for an education session titled "Talking about BRCA in the Family." Our guest speaker will be Melanie O’Loughlin, a genetic counsellor at the BC Cancer Hereditary Cancer Program and member of the BRCA Support BC team.
