In-Person: Cooking Class; Cooking With Probiotic Foods (Vancouver)

*Please note: This is a hybrid workshop that will be offered virtually and in-person at our Vancouver centre. Please only register for the version you plan on attending. 

In this cooking demonstration class, you will learn ways to incorporate more probiotics food in your diet.  You will learn how to make milk kefir, miso soup and Bibimbap with kimchi.

Registration closes at 3:00 pm PT the business day prior to the class date.
