In-Person: Walking Group (Vancouver)

Join us for an in-person walking group at our Vancouver centre for movement and connection with those in our community! This walking group will be led by our team of clinical exercise physiologists and follow a gentle 3 km route in the community surrounding our Vancouver centre.

*Previous consultation with our team of exercise physiologists is required for participation.

Registration closes at 3:00 pm PT the business day prior to the class date.
