LIFE Program (Day 1)

InspireHealth’s LIFE Program provides patients and their loved ones with the essential foundations of health and wellbeing during cancer. Patients with all cancers – newly diagnosed, in treatment or post-treatment – are welcome to join. Patients and caregivers will learn about stress reduction, sleep management, self-care, nutrition, exercise & movement, lymphatic and immune system support, and healthy communication.
All sessions are led by our team of supportive care clinicians including Physicians, Counsellors, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.
