Nutrition Workshop: ​Mindful Eating

*Please note: This is a hybrid workshop that will be offered virtually and in-person at our Vancouver centre. Please only register for the version you plan on attending. 

Trying to stay in the moment and slowing down can be supportive in many aspects of our lives. Join us to explore the benefits of mindful eating, the process of being present while eating and enjoying our food. We will look at practical tips for starting to include these practices in our lives such as noticing hunger and fullness cues and noticing sensory aspects of mealtimes.  

Registration closes at 3:00 pm PT the business day prior to the class date.
