Qigong for Sleep & Relaxation

Prepare the body for rest and sleep through gentle movement and relaxation. This class uses Qigong, a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine, to promote wellness at all levels of mind, body, and spirit. Modifiable for all levels.

* An exercise consultation is required prior to attending any movement-based group programming.  If you haven’t already completed the exercise assessment, once you register for the class we will be in-touch with you, or you can e-mail us at [email protected] or call at 1-888-734-7125 to book an appointment.

Registration closes at 3:00 pm PT the business day prior to the class date.
