Strength & Stretch

Build strength, endurance, and flexibility. This class includes a combination of resistance, balance, and aerobic movements to provide a full body workout. Modifiable for all levels.
* Please have a chair, wall, and weights or alternatives (e.g. water bottles, soup cans) close by.
* An exercise consultation is required prior to attending any movement-based group programming. If you haven’t already completed the exercise assessment, once you register for the class we will be in-touch with you, or you can e-mail us at [email protected] or call at 1-888-734-7125 to book an appointment.
Registration closes at 3:00 pm PT the business day prior to the class date.
