InspireHealth LIFE Program
For over 25 years, InspireHealth has supported the physical, emotional, and spiritual health of cancer patients and their loved ones before, during and after treatment. All programs and services are FREE of charge.
The best cancer care involves access to supportive care services in addition to standard treatments, these services can make a fundamental difference in the life and outcomes of cancer patients.
InspireHealth’s signature 2-day LIFE Program provides patients with the essential foundations of health and well-being during cancer. This program is open to patients with all types of cancer, whether newly diagnosed, in treatment, or post-treatment, and their support people.
You will learn about:
- Stress reduction
- Sleep management
- Self-Care
- Nutrition
- Lymphatic & immune support
- Exercise & movement
All sessions are led by our team of supportive care clinicians including Physicians, Counsellors, Dietitians and Exercise Therapists.
