Inspired Conversations
Facilitated by InspireHealth counsellors, these engaging workshops explore a range of topics that support and promote well-being and healing. Inspired Conversations are opportunities for participants to delve deeper, grow greater self-care and self-awareness, and to connect with others while sharing how these topics relate to their experience. Both patients and support people are welcome to attend.

Gratitude Meditation
Designed to promote wellness through gratitude, this class provides participants an opportunity to breathe together and take a moment of pause to be thankful. Gratitude habits can be difficult to form alone, so join us in community to end your day with an attitude of gratitude.

Research shows that creative practices support our well-being. In these monthly workshops, we will explore how creativity can acknowledge, revive, and inspire us. These creative drop-in sessions will include opportunities to engage in guided creative exercises and share reflections with other attendees. This is an experiential workshop, and folks are encouraged to come prepared to create and get curious about their process. Absolutely no art experience required, the journey is the destination!
* Please have several pieces of paper, a glue stick, and coloured drawing materials (i.e. crayons, pastels, or coloured pencils ready).
Yoga & Art
In this interactive workshop, we will weave art making and yoga postures together, exploring mindfulness through supportive movement and creative expression. This playful and collaborative workshop will deepen our awareness of the wisdom of the body, allowing us to acknowledge and understand our experiences in a new way.
* No art experience required. Please have several pieces of paper and coloured drawing materials (i.e. crayons, pastels, or coloured pencils), pillows, and blankets ready.
