Our exercise and movement classes are designed to support your strength and mobility needs during and after treatment. From Restorative Yoga and Strength & Stretch to Qi Gong and Cardio, we have a class suited for your individual needs and abilities.
Young Adult Yoga
Move, breathe, and connect with other young adults who’ve been affected by cancer in this virtual gentle hatha yoga class. Modifiable for all abilities and are open to anyone diagnosed with cancer or high genetic risk between the ages of 18-39.

BE-FIT is a virtual 8-week evidence-based, movement-focused program developed by leading researchers at the University of British Columbia (UBC). It’s designed to help women build strength, improve fitness, and manage treatment-related side effects after a diagnosis of breast cancer.

The gentle, yet deep practice provides a series of modifiable poses focused on improving strength, flexibility and balance while using breath awareness to calm body and mind. Learn proper techniques for everyday movements like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, and lunging to support and protect your joints as well as prevent injury. This exercise class is designed for all fitness levels.

Explore the connection between breath and movement while taking the time to relax and gently stretch the body. Move through seated, standing, and balance postures, and finish with a restorative relaxation time. Modifiable for all levels.

Explore the connection between breath and movement while taking the time to relax and connect with your body. The initial portion of this class offers full body poses with a focus on gentle and accessible strength building. The later portion of this class offers restorative, supportive poses.

Join us for in-person walking groups in Vancouver, Kelowna, or Victoria for movement and connection with those in our community. The walking groups will be led by our team of clinical exercise physiologists and follow a gentle 3 km route in the community surrounding.

Prepare the body for rest and sleep through gentle movement and relaxation. This class uses Qigong, a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine, to promote wellness at all levels of mind, body, and spirit. Modifiable for all levels.

Build strength, endurance, and flexibility. This class includes a combination of resistance, balance, and aerobic movements to provide a full body workout. Modifiable for all levels.
