2 Minute Healthy Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 banana peeled and mashed
  • 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey*

Instructions

  • Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine. Microwave for 90 seconds. Allow too cool slightly.

Notes

* Or sub rice malt syrup if preferred.
