Cardamom Avocado & Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy yogurt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 cardamom pods, seeds only (optional)
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
Optional garnish
- fresh blueberries
- fresh mint leaves
- hemp seeds
- unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie in tall glasses and top with desired garnish. Enjoy!
