- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup quick cook rolled oats
- 2 cups pitted frozen cherries
- 1/2 cup cooked purple sweet potato, chilled
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Put almond milk and oats in a blender, leave to stand for 10 – 15 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients, cover, blend until smooth.
