Chocolate Almond Smoothie

Servings: 2 large servings
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 dates (fresh or rehydrated)
- 2 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup almonds (or 2 tbsp almond butter)
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp hemp protein
- 1 tbsp roasted carob powder or cocoa powder
Instructions
- Blend well.
Notes
Makes 3 ½ cups (2 large servings).
