Cocoa Cherry Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Frozen cherries
- 1 tbsp Protein powder*
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Nut butter
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed meal
- 1/2 cup Ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
