Fresh Salsa Cruda

Servings: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly blended.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to use; may be kept for up to 3 days.
