Ginger Overnight Oats

Course: Breakfast


  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Milk of Choice
  • 1/2  tsp Grated ginger or pinch of ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp Hemp hearts
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup optional
  • 1 tbsp Nut butter e.g. almond, peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Berries


  • Spread the nut butter on the bottom of a mason jar or other container with a lid.
  • Combine oats, milk, ginger, sweetener, and hemp hearts and pour over nut butter.
  • Leave in the fridge overnight and top with berries
