Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp soft butter
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour
  • chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except almond flour and chocolate chips in large bowl, mix well.
  • Add almond flour and chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Bake at 350F for 25 minutes
