Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp soft butter
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour
- chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except almond flour and chocolate chips in large bowl, mix well.
- Add almond flour and chocolate chips and mix well.
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes
